Joyful!

We are closing on our new house in March!  

I am beyond excited and proud.  We worked so hard to find the perfect home. I’m wide eyed. Organized. Ready for a new chapter in my life.

Paradise Village (Mobile Home) is behind us. The past is forgotten and locked away forever.

Not only was our offer accepted right away, but we were also able to get the home for cheaper than its original purchase price. Saving money is the best feeling! I just finished our taxes on Turbo Tax.  1st time doing my own taxes.  I completed all my courses for my 2044 License.  I’m just kicking ass left and right.

My Birthday is this week. I have 13 people joining me for dinner in celebration this weekend. New Friends that have been such a Blessing.

 I just can’t stop smiling.  I’m not bragging. I just feel so happy. I made it through all the drama in the past and here I am…..still standing.

For 7 months I was so depressed. All of 2023 was hard. But we made it. 

By springtime, I’ll be in my new home.  A HOUSE.  No HOA.  No Management.

It has a Family room. Garage. A big fenced in yard for me and my Family.

I thank the Lord over and over for what he has done for me.

He removed the bad elements in my life and gave us the gift of Peace. I’ll never forget this moment in my life.

Proverbs 10:22: The blessing of the Lord makes a person rich, and he adds no sorrow with it.

2 Corinthians 9:8: And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need, and plenty left over to share with others.
