Offer accepted!

We made an offer on a house and the owner accepted it! I can’t believe it! Inspection on the way. Hopefully all is okay with the house. Closing is set for March 11th. I’m excited, nervous, terrified…lol. It’s been 6 months living with my Mom. 6 months of our belonging in storage. I am READY to live on my own again! I miss my Yoga, my books, my guitar, all of it. I’m a ball of nerves. Heart racing. But its all apart of the process. I’m just glad the house we picked as a newer roof, newer A/C and water heater. All I need to do is a little painting and renovate the bathroom with my Brothers help.

I have mixed feelings. I feel sad, a little angry and happy. This whole experience has been very hard on us. We spent months arguing. Feeling regretful for past decisions. Worried about money. Trying to sell your home and buy a new one in exhausting. All together its been 10 months in the making. April of 2023 is when we started packing up. July 1st we moved into my Moms house. September 25th our house was sold.

Here we are! February 5th. Our offer was accepted. HOLY cow! What a journey. Feeling grateful. Feeling proud of myself for not going insane.

I am definitely looking forward to Halloween 2024! :)
