The Great Flood of April 2023
The attached picture was taken at our old home after a big storm. Paradise Village. A mobile home community that is notorious for flooding. They have made the News countless times. Zero effort has been made to take care of the situation.
After living there for 10 years, it was that day we decided to start packing.
We put our home for sale and in September 2023 – we finally sold our house!
It’s been a long journey, but we finally found a new Home. Zero flood zone. (lol) I made sure of it.
Closing is set for March 11th. It has been 8 months of waiting and hoping. All is running smoothly. Inspection, appraisal….all of it.
It is a dream come true!
This picture reminds me of the struggle and victory. It was the day I said I’ve had enough. I will never again own a Mobile home.
I will never again do an HOA. I will never look back on the last 10 years.
This is me……Now!
